What is the best time of the year to organize a company off-site? In my opinion is the end of Q2 or mid-Q4. You would close out what has happened and you will look at your next steps. As well you will celebrate the success of your team. If you are looking to organize an event in June then you start preparing for it in November or December. If you are organizing an event in October you would want to start preparing for it in February or March. If you don't know where to start or need a hand just ask me!
