In May, I delivered a two-day summit in North Carolina, Charlotte. About 100 people came to this event. It wasn't just an event, it was a customer summit. My client had their top accounts in the room. They sit down with their leadership team for strategic sessions. Their customers came on the stage to tell their story, and we had prospects in the room that listened to that. They also celebrated them, and they also showed the roadmap of their product and what is about to be released, what features, what AI is doing for their product.
