Three weeks. That's all the time I had to organize ScreenCloud Together-five days in an international location for 100 team members from Belfast, London, Bangkok, and LA. I'd supported many managers with their events before, but this was different. This was my moment to prove that bringing our distributed team together could transform our culture.
Finding a location that could accommodate visa requirements for colleagues from Thailand, provide all-inclusive service for seamless coordination, and maintain cost-effectiveness felt nearly impossible. After extensive research, Morocco emerged as our answer-offering the perfect combination of accessibility, service excellence, and cultural richness.
But logistics were just the foundation. The real magic happened in designing five days that would genuinely boost team energy and improve cross-functional collaboration. Every session was crafted with intention to build the culture that would carry us forward.
