A Summit for Senior Customer Leaders
Catalyst designed and delivered ScreenCloud's Customer Summit 2026, a three-day programme for senior customer leaders at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark in Charlotte, North Carolina, under the theme "Visibly Better Communication".
The programme moved from a relaxed team welcome social and a cocktails and gala dinner into a full conference day, with a parallel IT track, a rooftop lunch, customer awards and a C-level one-to-one track. The conference day was live-streamed to remote customers, with interviews filmed on site.

Delivered On Plan, Under Budget
The Summit welcomed 120 attendees and ran on plan and around 11% under budget. 88% of attendees said they would recommend it, a strong result across a senior audience.
As a returning, growing programme following the 2025 edition at The Ballantyne, the Summit continues to deepen ScreenCloud's most important customer relationships year on year.
